just came back frm jogging + suntanning. dont see much effect on the suntanning haha cuz i laid down in my garden :X . anyway i started on this daily cardio routine thanks to ian. hahaha. he told me to like lose 5-6kg before going into gym if not beneath all the muscles will be fats and if i stop training i will be fat again very easily. so i heed his advice lorrrrrr.

ok i think im going shopping today or maybe camp at home. eh on 2nd thought maybe i stay at home tomorrow then go town ehhehe.

anyway my home's gonna have a christmas party whoever is interested can gimme a call ! yeah. or sms me. but tell me ur name becuz i changed phone then all contacts gone. sad :'(
